Church
This customer purchased this empty warehouse building to create a church meeting and worship area. We enclosed the existing porch to extend the square footage of their interior space. We removed all existing insulation, wiring and fixtures to begin with a blank canvas. We designed a plan that worked for them; replaced all windows, reframed the interior with archways, added a storage room with kitchenette, full spray foam insulation, all new HVAC system, full level 5 drywall finish to be painted with iconography, all new lighting, mahogany exterior doors and large format marble tile throughout.
Tasting Room
This Distillery has had us come back and remodel their tasting room 3 times as they have continued to grow and rebrand their operation. This project featured custom pecan epoxy bartop and live edge table. It’s always fun to be a part of a successful business expansion.
Apartments
This was our biggest project to date. We purchased an abandoned nursing home and completely gutted it, resulting in 15 beautiful apartment units and on-site laundry facility. We coordinated with every single trade on this project and it was completed in 11 months, from start to finish, beginning with our own design plans. The only thing that wasn’t brand new was the slab, exterior walls and roof trusses. Each unit had its own Hvac, water heater, and privately sub-metered water and electric meters.It was rewarding to start moving tenants in, less than a year after we began this huge project!
